Property Management System

The Channel Manager

Our Channel Manager maintains your room inventory across your full set of online sales channels. We also offer all of the most popular niche channels, regional favorites, and vacation rental channels like Airbnb and Flipkey.

GDS Connectivity

In addition to all the modern OTAs, we also provide connectivity to the Global Distribution System (GDS). Sell your rooms across the global network of travel agents and corporate bookers responsible for $8B+ in yearly business and leisure travel via Amadeus, Sabre, and TravelPort (Galileo, Worldspan).

Direct Booking Engine

Concierge Service

Your booking engine doubles as a guest services portal. Guests are invited to order room service from their smart phone after they check-in, they can communicate with the front desk through an internal messaging system, and they’re encouraged to leave a review of the staff and facilities when they check-out.

From a simple wine list or bar menu to a full restaurant point of sale, our concierge platform allows the hotel to upsell products and services and improve revenue from each booking.

Guests who reserve through your booking engine establish a direct relationship with your hotel.

Our platform offers simple booking and extended services to help you capture more bookings, and improve turnover in the form of direct sales, upsell, and repeat visits.

Payment Gateway

Use the payment gateway to validate reservations created over the phone or through your booking engine. Our PMS will automatically process credit card payments when your guests check-out, or suggest a penalty in the event of a cancellation or no show. There’s no hardware to install or maintain and no additional service charge.

Your Own Website

We host your website, complete with email and SSL. Build your website using WordPress or upload your own content. You can setup as many mailboxes as you like, and emails sent from your PMS will be sent from your own domain.
